BIG news!

Nathan and I are THRILLED to announce that we will soon be out numbered! Baby Smoter # 3 is due in late April. We feel so abundantly blessed and we ask for every ones prayers. :) Here is the picture we used to tell our family that John Patrick is now a Big Brother!

Today we had a great day just playing and doing work around the house.



We got an idea for bookshelves from a blog that Aunt Taryn came across. The bookshelves are made from spice racks from Ikea. They came in natural wood so last week I distressed the wood and stained them to match James' furniture. Tonight James helped Daddy hang his new bookshelves in his room.


James and John Patrick were so excited for story time to read books from their new selves.

Astros vs Giants

Friday night Grandma and Grandpa took us all out to the Astros game to see the Astros play the Giants. We had great seats and got to see an awesome game. James got J.B. Shuck and J.D. Martinez's autographs, the Astros won 6 to 0, and we got to see Friday night fireworks. It was also Longhorn night at the ballpark :)

The Pediatrician came by while we were visiting. She was very sweet and she told us Felicity was just perfect.

John Patrick's Baptism day

Yesterday was John Patrick's Baptism day. To celebrate we went to mass with John Patrick's God Parents and then had them over for dinner.

Sweet summer days

As summer time is coming to an end we have been busy just enjoying life. Our boys are growing up so quickly. John Patrick is on the move and moving fast. James amazes us everyday with the things he knows and his growing imagination. Here are a few pictures from the last few days.
